ARCHIVISION: an image source for visual resource professionals

Compressed videos are provided FREE OF CHARGE to our Digital Library clients. Each video is designated a Library Module (see chart below) where the corresponding stills are located. If you have licensed that corresponding module then you may send us an email at contact(at)archivision.com and request that we send you the videos that relate to the modules you have licensed. Our Full Frame videos are available for $2 each for archival purposes or to run your own compressed versions. The viewing quality is the same between our compressed and Full Frame versions; the only difference is you can play our Full Frame versions larger. The compressed versions are all you will need for any online system.

You may also order videos that are tagged to modules you have not yet licensed at $15 each (compressed) or $17 each (Full Frame). We will subtract fees paid for videos from future modules you license (but not shipping fees).

OR DO NOTHING: If we don't hear from you first we will track videos that relate to modules you have already licensed and we will include the compressed .mov files on the hard drive when we ship the next module you license. No additional shipping fees will apply.

ALL OTHERS

.: Compressed (640 x 360 as .mov): $15 each (plus $35 shipping)
.: Full Frame (1920 x 1080 as .mov): $17 each (see shipping)

For those that do not have our Digital Library modules you may order our compressed versions at any time for the flat fee of $15 per video you select. The fee is $17 for our Full Frame files (compressed versions come FREE with your upgrade order for our Full Frame files). If you order ALL of the videos in the Europe list we will subtract 10% and if you order all of the videos from both the Europe and Asia lists we will subtract 15% from your order total (not including shipping). LIBRARY CLIENTS:

IF YOU SIMPLY WANT ALL OUR VIDEOS: email us and we will figure out your order total based on the number of modules you have licensed from us and get back to you with a quote - let us know if you want Full Frame with compressed or just compressed files.

NON LIBRARY CLIENTS:

IF YOU SIMPLY WANT ALL OUR VIDEOS: 223 X $15 = $3345 (- 15% = $2843.25 plus $35 shipping = $2878.25 for compressed only; 223 X $17 = $3791 (- 15% = $3222.35) plus $75 shipping = $3297.35 for Full Frame and compressed.

TO SELECT INDIVIDUAL VIDEOS: Simply copy rows from the charts and past them into the body of your email (or a MSWord attachment) and send to us at contact(at)archivision.com with shipping address. Just tell us what you want and we will send you a quote.

Note: should you later license our Digital Library modules simply remind us of your video order and we will subtract the fees paid for videos from the corresponding module(s) you license (not including any shipping or hard drive fees).

Shipping / handling fees for videos ordered:

.: $35 for up to 222 (all) compressed / 50 Full Frame videos (shipping is regular mail via up to 3 DVDs)

.: $75 any number over 50 Full Frame videos (shipping is via a mini hard drive FedEx ground; fee includes return shipping or you may keep the drive for $125 extra)

Note: please allow three to four weeks for delivery. RUSH ORDER: Add $75 for overnight FedEx DVD order or $125 overnight FedEx hard drive order with one week turn around for delivery on both with receipt of PO.

Your IT people may need to work with the files and format / compress them further into the appropriate format for your end use.
