SIMPLY SUBSCRIBE will allow many professional firms the ability to access our growing Library, and for a fraction of the buy or Subscribe to Own fees.

:: What does it mean?
Subscription means you rent access to downloadable images of a limited size in our Library on our server or a sanctioned third party’s server and interface. Full access is given to our rich metadata. Subscription is renewable in annual terms and you may cancel at the end of any period for which the subscription has been paid. Subscription download access is to a maximum JPEG file of 1,500 pixels (full ownership allows access to a 3,100 pixel file, on your own server or via our various hosted access options).

LUNA

Full functionality is included in the Simply Subscribe LUNA option.

MDID

The MDID Simply Subscribe product is a no thrills single MDID build: no user groups / slide shows may be made and no custom interface is available (see ourSubscribe to Own option for full MDID functionality). Your user base signs-in with a user name and password to search for images. They may then download the files to their desktop to place into PowerPoint or other software presentation options.

Ownership has its benefits: ask us about switching at any time!
With ownership your users can count on the images they have come to depend on being there year after year. Furthermore you can:

1) Host content you own locally or access it via a third party hosting service such as Archivision's MDID, Luna, Scholars Resource or ARTstor’s Shared Shelf;
2) Download full resolution images and videos;
3) Save money over the long run!

:: Cancellation:
Upon cancellation of Simply Subscribe you agree to give up the right to use the images and destroy all downloaded media, with the exception of content we have granted ownership via a signed Site License, where applicable. For full information please read the License Agreement for the delivery option of your choice found in red below.

SIMPLY SUBSCRIBE rates paid are currently to access 53,000 images and these rates are guaranteed for THREE consecutive subscription terms at a time, even as our Library grows by 6,000* new images a year.

*We usually produce a new Addition Module of 6000 images each spring; after three years of consecutive subscription you may be accessing an additional 18,000 images to the number you started with (53,000 + 18,000 = 71,000 images if you started in 2011). Subscription rates are subject to change without notice for new subscribers. The rate paid when you start your subscription is guaranteed for three consecutive years only.
